Humana Neighborhood Centers are here for you

Each location offers a unique calendar of special events, programs and activities designed to help improve physical and mental health. Many services can be used by anyone at no cost. Humana membership is not required to participate in most activities.

Receive guidance from trusted specialists

Help with health plans

Many locations offer on-site Customer Care specialists that can answer plan benefit questions for Humana members. Plus, licensed Humana sales agents are available to help eligible nonmembers choose the right Humana plan and enroll.

Health and wellness

Visitors may participate in a variety of activities like healthy cooking demos and nutrition classes. Health educators also offer one-on-one health education and may be able to connect individuals with community resources.

Social activities

Community events and social gatherings such as birthday celebrations, movie days and charity crafting groups allow visitors to spend time with friends and make new connections.
